Simple translation for a spleen sandwich, we highly recommend that you go in and try it as you'll never expect such an amazing sandwich in your life. It's a shame that in N. American people are brainwashed in to thinking what can and cannot be good while missing out on some of the best meals out there. Scott Conant is a huge fan of this dish and also suggests the arancini rice balls!
