If you can't make it over to France then swing by this Seattle establishment that has been serving up French cuisine for years with tremendous success. This particular meal is Alton Brown's personal favorite and he recommends you try it as well. In essence, it's melted raclette cheese which is poured over boiled potatoes and charcuterie. You may also consider trying the delicious grilled duck-pork sausage.
