Perhaps even better than in Paris, this amazing entree has been pleasing customers for generations in the sunny state of California. John Besh finds this to be one of his all time best meals to eat and really is fond of the preparation of the Wagyu beef which it topped off with in-house bordelaise sauce on top of the crisp frites which complete this dish perfectly.
